The XnappDragon app is designed to be as simple as possible to use. Update the job status, capture photos and signatures and create and send invoices while you’re still on the job. All from your mobile phone.
Here’s how it works:
1. GET A JOB
A list of jobs assigned to the worker is displayed on the mobile.
Worker knows where to go and what to do because all details about the job are displayed in the job sheet and are instantly updated and available. Use the Navigation built in to take you the quickest way to the job.
2. DO THE JOB
Update the job status, move through the predefined steps that suit the workflow and finish the job. When the job is done, add parts used, take photos, signatures, audio, notes, and attach files to the job.
3. INVOICE IT
Invoice straight from the job. Job Done.
